Foreclosure and eviction moratorium, government helps tenants buy screwing real estate investors and landlords.

It really bothers me, how the government gets involved with foreclosures and evictions moratorium! Do they really think that the moratorium would help somebody? Borrowers and landlords abuse the system, don’t make mortgage payments or rent payments for 3-4 months and then go and find another property. Who does get hurt here? I have rental properties too and it really makes me mad when I know that tenants received checks from the government to pay rent and they tell my property managers that they don’t have money. As a responsible landlord, I still need to make a mortgage payment. If I don’t, my credit goes to toilet and I will not be able to obtain a new loan in the future. So what government really does, it takes money from me by filing moratorium on evictions and foreclosures and gives my hard-earned money to the tenants. It REALLY makes me mad.

We would be better off if our so called Government would put preventive measures in place immediately when there was a first spark of the virus in CA in NY. No, these bureaucrats did NOTHING. Makes me think that all this COVID19 drama was created on purpose for the following reasons:

1. Reduce the population of the older people, so the Government pays less in pensions and social security.
2. Create a new wave and then a bubble in the stock market to steal money from regular people that still think that the stock market is not a Ponzi scheme.
3. After several trillions of dollars of debt are issued to ”help” people, raise income taxes for all American citizens.

Maybe I’m mistaken, but I don’t believe to a single word that I hear on TV or in the news, because the main goal of all this media is to influence our way of thinking. Based on my experience, everything that government touches-gets wasted.
